• To conduct an LA21 programme at least 3 times annually.

• To hold meetings together with residents' committee at least twice a year.

APPROVAL APPLICATION FOR OPEN EXTENSION/ RENOVATION

To approve the Approval application for open extensions, open renovations and minor renovations within 7 working days from the receipt date of the applications provided that :-

1. Documents and sketch plans submitted are complete.
2. Payment has been duly made.
3. All the provisions under section 14(1) and (2) of Uniform Buildings By-Laws 1984 are complied with.

APPROVAL APPLICATION FOR ENCLOSED EXTENSION/ RENOVATION

To approve the Approval application for enclosed extensions and renovations not later than 30 days from the receipt date of the applications provided that :-

1. Documents and plans are presented by a registered Draftsman.
2. Payment has been duly made.

APPROVAL APPLICATION FOR MATCHING PLAN

• To approve the approval application for Matching Plan within 7 days from the receipt date of the applications provided that payment has been duly made.

APPLICATION TO RESTORE DAMAGED PROPERTY OWNED BY LIPIS DISTRICT COUNCIL

• To investigate complaints of damaged property owned by the Lipis District Council within 3 working days and further actions to be pursued subject to circumstances and current needs within 3 months.
• To provide feedback to the client or complainant within 3 working days.
