• Coordinate cooperation activities        
• Maintain, monitor and cleaning  Kompleks Alamanda, Teratai , Cempaka, Public Toilets and bus stop stand
• Manage food handling course

SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT AND PUBLIC CLEANLINESS

Ensure Solid Waste Management and Public Cleanliness  undertaken by AFSB complies schedule

• Solid waste management
  • Residential house : 3 times a week
  • Business premise : Daily
  • Hawkers Night market site: After end of activity
• Drain cleaning
  • a) Housing Estate : Once one month
  • b) Business Premise : Daily
  • 3. Grass cutting a)) Protocol Road/ Town : Twice a month
  • b) Housing Estate : Once one month
• 4. Sweeping
  •  a) Lipis Town : Daily
  • b) Padang Tengku : 6 times one week
  • c) Benta : 6 times 1 week
• 5. Solid Waste Management complaint and Public Cleanliness will be dealt with in 3 working days.Complaint feedback to customers shall be given within 7 working days.
• 6. Monitor work to AFSB once a week at dumpsite

VECTOR CONTROL 

Dengue Control (Fogging) would be made within 24 hours after received reports from District Health Office.

CLEANLINESS OF FOOD PREMISES

Inspection with District Health Office on food premises would be made 3 months once.

• Can start business once license application submitted and acceptance application being issued.
• License will be processed and approved / rejected within 7 working days.
• Applicant required comply with approval requirements within 60 days.

• License will be processed and approved / rejected within 7 working days.
• License application would be brought to meeting. 

ENTERTAINMENT LICENSE

Entertainment and Entertainment Outlet License application approval will be processed and brought to Meeting within 30 days.

ADVERTISEMENT LICENCE

License will be processed and approved within 3 working days

DOG LICENCES

License will be processed and approved within 7 working days

BANNER LICENCE

Licence will be processed and approved within 3 working days

TEMPORARY PERMIT ONE DAY BAZAAR

Temporary permit will be processed and approved within 1 working days

SEASONAL PERMIT

Seasonal permit will be processed and approved within 1 working days

RENEWAL LICENSE APPLICATION

License Renewal notice will be informed by writing in the month of October every year

LICENCE CANCELLATION

License Cancellation application will be approved within 7 working days
